Hag's Hand necklace

Necklace made of recycled silver representing the veined and claw-like hand on the forest hag Baba Yaga (Ve & fasas favorite witch). The charm is about 5 cm and come with a chain in 925 sterling silver. Yaga lives in a house on chicken feet, surrounded by a fence of human bones and travels in the woods sitting in her mortar.

Naomi created this amulet as a reminder of the crown, the vise who lives not only in the wilderness but within us, as part of our divinity. Bitter herbs, hard love and dark moon belong to her.

All Naomi Nowak's jewelery is hand-sculpted, mainly in wax and clay, but also with elements such as wood and found plant parts. They are molded in recycled silver and she uses a technique called "lost shape". The jewelry comes with a chain that was bought second hand and therefore varies slightly in length and design.
