CERAMICS

Here we have collected creations made by ceramists Liv Sandberg and Sofia Gefyr. Liv works exclusively in stoneware and sculpts, swirls and hand-builds her creations. They are then fired with alternative firing techniques such as raku, sawdust barrel, saggar fire, pit fired, naked raku etc. Sofia, in turn, is inspired by archeology and creates objects that can resemble old finds with exciting stories. Sofia also works with hand building, sculpting, casting and patination to create both small and large-scale works.
